POSITION SUMMARY:
The IT Coordinator is responsible for the day-to-day onsite coordination of the JCC’s IT environment, including the support, maintenance and improvement of our technology stack and IT hardware. This position will manage and coordinate all technology hardware and vendors, including network, AV, shared spaces, computers, tablets, printers, digital signage, access controls, cameras, and phones, to ensure seamless functions across the agency for our workforce.
PRINCIPLE DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Serves as the primary on site contact for IT support for JCC hardware, in partnership with Ceeva, which includes, but is not limited to, managing help desk inquiries, agency device management, network connectivity (phones, internet, etc.), license management, email environment and active directory.
- Coordinates projects with any 3rd party IT or AV providers, i.e. CEEVA and Elite Media Installations.
- Supports the Agency’s Department Director and Systems Coordinator with all technology software packages: Comcast, Sign On Enterprise and Office 365.
- Supports IT needs for all JCC sites (Squirrel Hill, South Hills, Family Park, Emma Kaufmann Camp), which includes on-site support at regular intervals, depending on the site.
- Manages all updates and upgrades across hardware platforms and ensures that archiving and back up processes are in place for agency data as necessary.
- Develops full documentation and training materials for all technology and in partnership with Systems Coordinator and Finance team, assist in the training of new users to ensure accuracy and adherence to policies across the organization.
- Monitors and maintains a secure technology environment. Triages cyber security threats and manages email protection software.
- Creates an agency strategic road map for introduction and ultimately implementation and integration of new technologies. In partnership with the Department Director, this includes focusing on IT hardware but should also include software and systems as appropriate.
- Provides on-site tech support for major events and meetings taking place at the JCC.
- Creates and maintains an agency technology cycle plan which aligns with the agency Capital plan and related funding and financial resources while ensuring investment in the most pressing technology needs for the JCC in serving our community and JCC staff in performing their jobs effectively and efficiently.
- Develops and enhances relationships with JCC Staff across the agency who utilize our technology hardware and software stack to perform their jobs. In partnership with the Department Director, the work includes but is not limited to the creation of workflows, reporting, dashboards, process improvements, integrations, hardware best practices, ongoing training
- Works effectively with other key JCC departments to provide effective and efficient service delivery
- Ability to define problems, develop solutions, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions

ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES:
While performing the above duties, this position routinely requires handling persons and/or objects and moving safely throughout the building. This position may include walking, sitting, climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching and crawling. This position requires communicating, either verbally or in writing. This position frequently requires moving items weighing up to 25 pounds. This position occasionally requires moving items weighing up to 50 pounds. Must be able to complete all essential functions of the job with or without reasonable accommodations.

QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, IT Administration, or related field with at least three years’ experience in an administrative technology capacity, or equivalent combination of education and experience. Salesforce experience a plus.
