Technical Recruiter II
Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Technical Recruiter to support direct sourcing and talent fulfillment initiatives. This role will focus on identifying and engaging qualified candidates, screening resumes, building talent pipelines, and helping achieve cost savings through direct-to-market recruiting strategies. The ideal candidate is results-oriented, client-focused, and skilled at developing strong partnerships with candidates and internal stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
  • Source and identify qualified technical candidates through Boolean searches, keyword searches, data mining, and other direct-sourcing methods.
  • Review resumes and evaluate candidates against position requirements.
  • Develop and maintain pipelines of qualified technical talent.
  • Support recruiting and fulfillment efforts for junior and non-exempt positions.
  • Partner effectively with internal stakeholders and hiring teams.
  • Manage multiple open requirements while prioritizing competing deadlines.
  • Use Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint to organize information and support recruiting activities.
  • Deliver a candidate and client experience centered on responsiveness, partnership, and results.
Required Qualifications
  • Previous experience working as a technical recruiter.
  • Experience with Boolean search techniques, keyword searches, and candidate data mining.
  • Demonstrated experience sourcing candidates and screening resumes.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Effective multitasking, organization, and prioritization abilities.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • Progressive recruiting or related experience, including knowledge of the technical and legal aspects of human resources.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Advanced degree and/or relevant professional certification.
Position Details
  • Location: Pittsburgh, PA
  • Work arrangement: Onsite four days per week
  • Schedule: 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. ET
  • Assignment duration: Six-month contract with the potential to extend up to 12 months
  • Conversion potential: Possible, subject to future business review
