This role provides front desk and general office support that keeps daily operations organized for park staff and visitors. As a Clerical Assistant 1, you will perform the following duties:
- Reception Desk Support: Staff the main reception desk and assist visitors with general information
- Visitor Assistance: Provide directions, share park rules, and supply printed or verbal guidance
- Communications Monitoring: Manage phone calls and transmit information to park personnel
- Office Tasks: Handle brochures, copy materials, and support administrative staff with routine duties
- Revenue Processing: Collect, record, and prepare reservation reports using the park reservation system

Work Schedule and Additional Information:
- This is a seasonal, full-time position with no healthcare benefits. There is not an option to buy into health care benefits. The season runs from approximately September 2026 until May 2027 at which time the employee will be placed on leave without pay. The employee will automatically be returned to employment approximately September 2027.
- Work hours are 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, with a 30-minute lunch.
- Days and shifts will vary and will include weekends and holidays. You will work 37.5 hours per week.
