Auberle

Auberle is a faith-based human services organization serving children, youth, and families across Pennsylvania. Together with our affiliates, Ward Home and the Pauline Auberle Foundation.

Auberle is engaging an independent contractor to provide Paycom system administration services during a temporary gap in internal coverage. The scope has two parts. Continuity services keep the system running day to day, centered on position management and on maintaining employee data accuracy so that accruals calculate correctly and payroll processes cleanly. Project work covers discrete improvements, configuration changes, and system edits assigned during the term. Payroll processing is performed by Auberle staff and falls outside this scope.

This is an independent contractor engagement. It is not employment and does not include wages, benefits, paid leave, or expense reimbursement.

Scope of Services

Continuity Services

Recurring work performed throughout the term:

  • Position management module maintenance, including new position setup and reclassifications, position seat adjustments, and organizational chart changes
  • Employee record changes, including new hires, status and rate changes, transfers, leaves, and terminations
  • Accrual verification, including accrual profile assignment, eligibility dates, and hours-based accrual triggers
  • Pre-payroll data review, with discrepancies identified and resolved before each payroll cycle
  • Standard and ad hoc reports as requested
  • Review of monthly Paycom releases, with downstream effects audited and improvement opportunities documented
  • Configuration support within the notification center, talent management (PAFs and PDFs), Benefits Administration, and Talent Acquisition modules
  • Consultation with the HR team and Paycom specialists on system issues, with resolutions determined and applied by the contractor
  • A written log of issues, decisions, and configuration changes, delivered at the close of the engagement

Project Work

Discrete assignments issued during the term, which may include:

  • Targeted configuration changes and system edits within existing modules
  • Testing and deployment of new Paycom features and configurators
  • Workflow refinements, including notification rules and approval routing
  • Data cleanup, report library organization, and documentation of existing configurations

The contractor determines the methods, tools, and sequence used to complete all work described above.
