This position will play a key role in shaping and optimizing Oracle HCM Learning and Talent Management capabilities while partnering with HR and business leaders to deliver innovative, high-impact solutions that improve the employee experience and operational efficiency.

Technical Responsibilities:
- Serve as the subject matter expert for Oracle Learning and Talent Management.
- Partner with business stakeholders to identify requirements and implement solutions.
- Evaluate and recommend Oracle Cloud enhancements and best practices.
- Troubleshoot complex Oracle HCM issues using SQL and data analysis techniques.
- Design and maintain Oracle Journeys, Fast Formulas, Value Sets, Eligibility Rules, and Activation Rules.
- Develop and support OTBI reports, BI Publisher reports, and HCM Extracts.
- Manage Oracle Service Requests (SRs) and coordinate issue resolution with Oracle Support.
- Document system configurations, processes, and solutions.
- Review Oracle quarterly releases and assess new functionality.
- Lead regression testing efforts for quarterly updates.
- Coordinate testing activities and validate system performance prior to deployment.

- Bachelor's degree in Information systems or similar program and two years of experience with modern technology and application support through education or practical experience required.
- OR High School Diploma/GED and four years of experience with modern technology and application support through education or practical experience required.
