Job Description:
- 8+ years of Java/J2EE development experience
- Strong Core Java, Java 8/11/17+
- Spring Boot / Spring Framework
- Strong Oracle SQL, PL/SQL, database development
- Hands-on experience with IBM MQ / WebSphere MQ
- Strong experience developing and integrating REST APIs
- Microservices architecture
- Experience with Spring MVC / Spring Boot
- Good understanding of JSON, XML, HTTP/HTTPS
- Experience with Git, Maven/Gradle and CI/CD
- Strong debugging and production-support skills
- Experience working in banking/financial-services environments preferred
- AI tool experience exposure to tools such as GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT/enterprise AI assistants, Amazon Q Developer, Cursor, or similar AI-assisted development tools
- Ability to use AI tools for code generation, debugging, documentation, test-case creation and developer productivity while following enterprise security policies
