RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client in Pittsburgh, PA that is seeking a proactive Project Manager to support a variety of operational, and project-based initiatives. This role serves as a key administrative and coordination resource, helping teams stay aligned, organized, and on schedule while ensuring critical business processes run smoothly. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys managing multiple priorities, and brings strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills to the table.
REQUIREMENTS:
* Experience in an administrative, project coordination, operations support, or similar role
* Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with the capacity to manage competing priorities
* Familiarity with budget tracking, invoicing, purchasing processes, and basic financial administration
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Strong attention to detail with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset
* Self-motivated and capable of working independently while supporting multiple teams and stakeholders
* Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Outlook, Excel, Word, and Teams
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
