responsibilities:
AWS Pipeline Experience - Hands-on with S3, Glue, Step Functions, and Lambda across multi-stage data pipelines.
- Event-Based Architecture - Understand EventBridge rules and S3 event notifications. Know how to handle reruns from event-based triggers.
- Step Functions - Understand state machine scheduling and downstream job synchronization.
- Glue and Scaling - Comfortable with Glue job configuration and scaling. Self-researched Glue 4.0 Iceberg limitations when he encountered them.
- Data Quality - Built a validation component for data security; understands schema drift and backfill handling.
