Company Overview

Rising Tide Partners (RT) is a land recycling non-profit that partners with communities to prevent displacement and restore neighborhoods. We acquire occupied, vacant, and blighted properties in collaboration with neighborhood groups, preparing them for community-driven redevelopment.
