Hebron Community Center is seeking a friendly, dependable, and mission-minded individual to help create a welcoming environment where every person who walks through our doors feels known, valued, and connected.
The Community Engagement Coordinator serves as the welcoming face of HCC during programming by greeting participants, managing check-in, building relationships, supporting volunteers, and helping foster a safe, encouraging, Christ-centered community.
Hours: Approximately 12–15 hours/week, primarily evenings
Pay: $18 - $22 / hour
Responsibilities Include:
- Welcome participants and help create a culture of belonging.
- Learn names and build relationships with participants.
- Manage digital attendance and collect program payments.
- Recruit, encourage, and support volunteers.
- Uphold HCC policies and promote a positive, respectful environment.
- Document attendance, incidents, and participant feedback.
- Meet regularly with the Executive Director to share observations and ideas for strengthening HCC's impact.
- Help strengthen HCC's presence in the community by building positive relationships with participants, volunteers, partners, and neighbors.

Employment is contingent upon obtaining Pennsylvania State Police, Child Abuse, and FBI clearances. ServSafe Manager Certification (or willingness to obtain) is required.
