General Warehousing & Delivery Associate
We are seeking a dependable General Warehousing & Delivery Associate to join our operations team. This full-time role focuses on organizing inventory and equipment, preparing loads, loading and unloading trucks, and making deliveries to construction job sites throughout the Tri-State area. Work is performed using company trucks (non-CDL) that range from 20' straight boxes and stake bodies down to standard pickup trucks. The position may require occasional overtime based on business needs.
Primary Responsibilities
Organize and maintain warehouse inventory and equipment with accuracy and attention to detail. Load and unload materials and supplies from company trucks safely and efficiently. Make timely deliveries to construction sites across the Tri-State area using company non-CDL vehicles. Inspect outgoing and incoming shipments, document discrepancies, and report equipment or inventory issues. Assist with general warehouse upkeep, including cleaning, staging, and basic equipment maintenance.Qualifications
Valid drivers license with a clean driving record; non-CDL driving experience preferred. Physical ability to lift, carry, and move heavy items regularly (typical lifting up to 50 lbs and occasional heavier lifts with assistance). Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team. Prior warehouse, delivery, or construction site experience is a plus; forklift experience desirable but not required.Compensation & Benefits
